EverEdge metal lawn edging

Hi 
Has anyone used this type of metal edging in their garden and is it a good for straight line edging to a lawn

    Yes, it's great. Expensive if you have a large area.

    I have some metal edging (different brand I think, can’t recall) and it’s great. Looks good and easiest to install of all the types of edging I’ve used. Expense is the only downside.

    Hi, I've been preparing a new garden and have used a bunch of EverEdge: edging a lawn, for a stepped lower area around an existing tree and separating the garden from the patio (will be filled with pebbles later).  Highly recommend the product - easy to use and looks great in my opinion!

    Your all right on the expense of them. I using them on my new garden project simply to remove a problem with concrete foundations to raised block work boarders. I want to fit them 500mm from the concrete as a perimeter to a rectangle shape natural lawn. This is to ensure the lawn has good soil base and not struggling to compete with concrete . The 500mm gap between the block work and metal edging will be covered in a decorative stone to compliment the render to the new raised block work beds 
    The main reason for my question is that these metal edging come in 1m lengths and I was concerned that when connected together that may not be ridged enough. Also do the spikes on the metal edging anchor them effectively in to the ground

    I just took delivery of a round one (in two halves) to go round an apple tree in my front lawn.  I'd love edging to go all round the other front lawn but it may be a bit too pricey.
    Gardening in East Suffolk on dry sandy soil.

    I have used just one packet to create two small beds. It creates bed edging perfecly well - six uyears and counting. Very strong and the spikes work as wish for. If your space is very large, maybe try buying one pack and experimenting with that. If you don't use it now, it will always come in useful for creating small beds or raising levels.
