Hi. I have a new house with a concrete back yard. I’m unable to remove the concrete, however I aim for a wildlife friendly back yard. 
It is South facing.

    Need a photo and some idea of what you want if you can't take up even some concrete I.e, pots, raised beds

    You can grow most things (including small trees) in pots (the larger the better) for a few years at least. The concrete might look better covered in gravel or could be painted and what about a small wildlife pond and bird feeders?
