    thanks @Pete.8 I think it is the night temperature that is the issue. I might put them back in the propagator or would it just be better to put them on top. My flat is quite cold despite the new radiators I have installed.

    They like to be warm, so back in the propagator if that's warmer for them.
    Lots of light and warmth is what they need and with temps this year it's more difficult than usual

  • Now have my chilis sat on a heated mat in a sunny window. I'm also not going to water as much. Instead I'll let the soil dry out a bit before watering. Will see if this kick-starts them.
    Growing old is mandatory but growing up is optional.

    mine have done the same- I sowed in the same pots and then pricked out to regular post and moved to a sunny windowsill but still not much improvement - will move to a propagator now .. thanks OP

    The stunted one is still hanging in there but there is a new seedling growing. It's started to develop true leaves. Is it safe to take out or shall I wait a bit longer?
