Dwarf fruit trees

Hi all
I'm new to the group but looking for advice and was hoping someone on here would be able to help me.
I was bought some dwarf fruit trees in May last year and am now unsure what to do with them.
I think I need to reduce the height of one of the trees so it is similar to the others but not sure how to go about this. I didn't do any pruning on them as I'm completely new to it all.
I also don't know how to add photos to show what I'm talking about.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

The first tree on the left is apple, middle is pear and right is a different apple. The apple trees are the ones I'm thinking need attention but any advice is greatly appreciated.
