I’ve asked the seller the question about size they get will see what they say. Or what about a viburnum tinus and a Portuguese Laurel so three feature plants and try and get them similar shapes?
As you said vibernum is slow, in 3 years one of mine has about reached 4ft and they weren't small plants to start with. Portuguese laurel does grow fast, I'm not a fan but it does have it's uses. You could alternate red robin and laurel along the wall line.
