Top - looks like a Sycamore sapling get rid unless you want a tree .
Bottom - Oriental poppy

1. Sycamore sapling ...acer pseudoplanatus. Not a plant suitable for most gardens. Recommended course of action - dig it up
2. Oriental poppy ...Papaver orientale. Lovely blowsy blooms.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
