Lupin curling up and yellow

I just played this lupin along with a few others that I bought from the Garden Center. The others seem to be okay but this one is curling and leaves are yellowing. Any thoughts on what I can do?

    I would cut the dead leaves off and give it a good soak,  not just around the edge, that will just bring the roots to the top to find the water.
