Beetles in apple trees

Dozens of these beetles in apple tree. Does anyone know what they are and whether they will damage the blossom/fruit?

Looks like one of the leaf beetles, maybe alder leaf beetle as they go after deciduous trees https://www.naturespot.org.uk/species/alder-leaf-beetle
