    Looks like bindweed to me.

    It doesn't look like the bindweed I've got growing elsewhere in the garden so that's why I thought I asked the pro's.  If the general consensus is that it's bindweed then it's coming out obviously.

    Probably Hedge Bindweed 
    (white flowers) rather than the smaller pink flowered Field Bindweed. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
