Cherry Tree Pruning

This is a question ready for later in the year. I took the photo now as it's in bloom, and easy to see its basic shape. My question is now its as tall as I want, and it's only flowered on the ends of the branches, how far can I cut it back to promote new growth and fruit lower down . Thanks for any advice.

That's what I wanted @BobTheGardener , but it has just about reached its limit in the space. If it gets much bigger it will outgrow the fruit cage I put up after flowering ( not that we got any fruit last year they fell off before ripening) and this year the fruit may well be reachable by birds even if I do, so hence the pruning.
