A problem with Stevia plant

This little Stevia over there is fine but the three little ones started wilting after the last time I watered them, you can also see that the two little sprouts (shoots) at the soil level are fine .this Stevia gets less than 4 hours of direct sunlight. So what do you think is its problem?
