I forgot to manure my veggie patch!

Hi

I'm aiming to plant my sets of onions (not seeds) this weekend. However, I didn't have a chance to manure my raised beds earlier in the year, so I haven't enriched the soil ready for planting this spring.

Any suggestions on what I can add to the soil please that'll allow me to plant this weekend?

Cheers!

You don't have to manure every year. Add 4oz (cupfull)per square yard of blood fish and bonemeal, and mix it into the top few inches. (100g per sq metre in new money). If you have some rockdust, the onions will like that as well (Remin rockdust , adds micronutrients)
