Pest ID on Citrus Tree

Hello lovely people I hope you are all well. I was wondering if you could please help me... I recently bought a citrus tree and after watering it I noticed lots of what I can only describe as worms with legs coming out of the bottom. They are fairly creamy/transparent and get darker towards their end. They have a head with antenna and lots of legs! I have absolutely no idea what they are and can’t seem to find anything else online that resembles them.. does anyone know what they might be and if they are harmful to the plants?
