is this deadly nightshade or tomato or something else?

I planted some herbs around a month ago...but I can't remember exactly which, I just remember among them I planted tomato, chilli and cilantro. This plant keeps growing and my app says its deadly nightshade but that doesn't make any sense....please help me identify this plant, thank you! it smells like a vegetable.

Looks like it could be black nightshade to me, not deadly nightshade.
