Good Afternoon, I wonder if someone can possibly identify this plant for me please? And any advise on when to repot? Kind Regards.

i would re-pot now, going up about an inch/2.5cms in diameter and depth.  Water well before and after and use a good loam based compost such as a John Innes no 3.

Snip off some ends, put them in a jamjar of water and in a few weeks they'll have roots and be ready to plant up in a new pot ... three in a pot will give you a new houseplant in a few weeks.
