Photo isn't very good. Ammi also has feathery foliage though, but the plant in the pic seems to have quite a woody stem.
A close up would help.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Sorry for delay in updating, but I now attach hopefully better pictures for identification of this feathery potted plant. Hopefully the great brains out there can assist?! 😊

The last 3 photo's look a bit like cosmos when it decides not to flower.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
