Charlotte potatoes, Jerusalem artichoke and strawberries

in Fruit & veg
So, I'm going for it....
1. My Charlotte seed potatoes were chitted and are now in bags . What's the aim on the amounts of water i should give them? I'm keeping it damp and holes in bottom of bags.
2. Is it ok to plant artichokes tubers next to other plants ...are there any types of plant you shouldn't grow next to artichokes?
3. Strawberries...we are leaving out in day and bringing in at night. What counts as last frost...ie no cooler than 5 degrees C at night?
Thanks everyone xxx

Jerusalem artichokes grow to about 6' high so make sure they are not shading other plants that need sun.

Strawberries - I leave mine out all year and they all but disappear from view. It's been so cold even here that they are very slow to come back this year. My new plants are still in the polytunnel and will not come out to be planted in the ground before temps get well above 5C beacuse they are already flowering and I don't want them knocked back.
