    Repair what?

    No need to start a new thread just reply using the empty box at the bottom.
    Don't grow camelia but if it's frost damage you can't repair it. Lots of plants have been affected this year for some reason. 
    You will know next time if frost is forecast move it to a more sheltered spot if in a pot or throw sone horticultural fleece over it.
    It will recover and grow new leaves I expect though a photo of the whole plant can be helpful, its hard to advise with just one leaf!
