Apple tree infestation

We moved into an old house, inheriting a big old Bramley (I think) tree in the back yard.

Last year we were looking forward to the apples, but they were scabby, often misshaped and falling before they got very big. Unfortunately I didn't take any photo's.

Now I have noticed some small bluish, fluffy stuff and what looks like little eggs. Any suggestions appreciated please.

@PecheurAnglais no idea what the fungus is though I'm guessing some kind of canker. The early falling misshaped apples were most likely caused by codling moth a very common problem with apple trees, if cut open you might find a maggot inside the apple. Control isn't the easiest thing as the timing has to be just right.

The fluffy stuff is Woolly Aphid and they can be removed with a stiff brush (a little soapy water helps with their waxy coating.) https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?pid=724
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
