Help... First time onion growing

Hi everyone, I started onions from seed (rijnsburger) towards the end of Feb, they seem like they are growing fine indoors on the windowsill. With this very confusing weather we are having in the UK when is the right time to think about planting onions outside.

Any other onion growing tips would be welcome 😊
