mixed hedging help please

Hello, We planted some mixed hedging 3 years ago in my late in-law's 100 ft long, west facing garden - field maple, privet, hornbeam and hawthorn. Covid has meant we missed last years pruning window, and again this year, as we haven't been able to visit the house until now. The field maples in particular, are fast growing into small trees. Any advice on how to manage the hedge at this time of year would be much appreciated. Is there anything we could do now?
