Surprise Duck egg!

Leaving the house today and drove past my Bulb pots when I noticed that something had dug out all my alliums and replaced them with a rather large duck egg - any ideas who or what the culprit could be?

Agree. Watch out, there’ll probably be another tomorrow, and then another. Saving them for a hungry day. 🦊

  • I wouldn't mind, I'm trying to encourage wildlife into the garden - but really all my lovely alliums, when I've left half an acre of long grass he could have buried it in! I may just fill a pot woth compost and let him have at it!
