Does anyone have any experience with any varieties of giant bamboo, such as chusquea gigantia?
I'd like something with huge culms, but I'm worried about the overall height, and them spreading into next door.
I know the chusquea gigantias are clumpers, but does anyone use root barrier anyway to create a definite area or 'grove' of giant bamboo?

According to this website they grow huge so I hope you have a large garden.
