Small evergreen azalea recommendation

FfoxgloveFfoxglove Posts: 538
I have this beautiful azalea in a pot and I love it. It flowers prolifically every year and doesn’t get too big. I’d love another either the same variety or similar one - don’t mind on colour. O coils without knowing what it is I can’t look for the same variety so I was hoping someone might have a suggestion of a really reliable small evergreen azalea that they grow?

If you want evergreen think it will have to be a rhododendron, correct me people, but I don't know of any evergreen Azalea.

I used to have a few Japanese Kurume Azaleas in various gardens.. I've forgotten some of the names but the one you have there is probably 'Mother's Day' or it may be 'Hinodegiri'.. but I think the former.. I had it here for 10 years or so..

..I also had 'Blue Danube' here, which is a mauve/purple.. very nice...

Thanks @marlorena. I have some other non flowering shrubs I may replace because this one has done so well! I’ll have a look at blue Danube.
