Carex Prairie Fire

An impulse buy this morning, Carex testacea 'Prairie Fire'. It looks lovely on the label, but has anyone grown it, and if so what is it like, size wise etc, and it's preferred growing conditions. Many thanks.

Easy to grow and looks tidy. Sun or part shade, reasonably free draining soil, will get to about 60-70cm across, by max 60cm tall - neat and low maintenance verging on dull. Looks like a toupee. Divide every so often to maintain vigour, otherwise they can be a bit short lived. Puts out flowering stems in summer, these are long and trailing rather than looking like classic grass seed heads.
