Does my shed roof need replacing?

So the floor of my shed is rotten in a couple of places and needs replacing. Before I do that I'm wondering if the roof needs replacing or if this wet in the pic is condensation caused by the holes in the floor?

This pic was a few weeks ago and the area looks dry now, even after a short but heavy shower. I have not seen any puddles of water forming anywhere.

Thoughts?

Thanks

Not sure how we are supposed to tell from a photo!
What's the condition of your roofing felt?
Try a hose on it and see what comes through?

You will generally get very little condensation in a shed because there is plenty of air space between the walls and the roof.  That looks like rain has been getting through the roofing felt.  If the timber is solid when it is dry you may get away without replacing it but you won't really know until the felt is removed.

Does it feel wet, talking about condensation,I got s potting shed a couple of years ago, hubby this year had to replace 3 panels, found cupboard very damp, has now put dpm insulation pinning wall, got it from Tiger sheds, parts missing after delivery, extremely rude and obviously the shed is rubbish
