Felt" planting system

I need some advice on how to use this system, made of a felt/wool product, I would like to know if anyone has an opinion on them and the best way to use  them, thank you

    Never seen these before. Odd no instructions came with them or is there a makers name that you can Google?

    K67, thanks for replying, I was given these a couple of years ago by someone who sold plants as a side-line, they'd probably been languishing in his shed for a while, so, no instructions I'm afraid. Amazon sell something similar but no real info on how to use. I knew someone would come to my rescue from GW though.

    Thank you K67, I've just watched those videos, very helpful. I'll give them a try this week, see how I get on. Didn't even think of YouTube!

    Hi K67, just an update on the advice you gave. I tried some Brussels Sprouts using the felt, the seeds were quite old but I got quite a few that worked, the felt fell apart though so it was difficult to plant them out. I managed a few but slugs enjoyed them before I had chance to protect them properly! Well, it was worth a try but I think that they were too fragile to be used, thanks anyway
