Pieris problems

Hi all,
Newbie gardener, just bought 2 pieris japonica plants. Potted in ericaceous soil, watered and fed as recommended however one of the plant's leaves look droopy and keep falling off. The other plant's leaves are dark green and healthy looking. I thought maybe it was because the sickly pot was in full sun and the other was in dappled shade, swapped them both around and its still ill in dappled shade. I've noticed slight discolouration to some of the leaves and redish spots as pictured. Just hoping someone more experienced can give me some pointers as would be ashame to lose one of them. Cheers!
