Small mushrooms growing from SylvaGrow - remove or not

Hello, we have recently started growing plants from seeds. We potted the plants on last weekend into SylvaGrow Organic Growing Medium. Now about half of the pots have small mushrooms growing in them. I am unsure whether this is a problem or to pick them out. The plants look very healthy themselves. They are currently still inside in our conservatory.
