Would you plant this yarrow out later this week??

I know I could plant yarrow seeds directly into the ground once April warms up so these would be ok to go straight from seed tray to ground? Is that right or do I harden off? Thanks!

They need to be potted in on individual pots, you can take 3 or 4 seedlings to a pot, bring on until they are bigger, filling the pots then plant out around end of May start of June.
Some of them are a bit too small to pot on yet, just take the ones with the true leaves.
