Tiny wild flower

Can anyone ID this tiny white flower?  A single flower head is around 2mm across, the  stems are 10mm - 30mm tall growing from a rosette of green and red leaves.  Thank you.

    Looks a bit like a stitchwort to me - the way the petals are grouped together in twos

    edited to say: scrub that suggestion - stitchwort flowers have five sets of petals - yours are in fours

    The Cardamine family have 4 petals (eg C. hirsuta - Hairy bittercress, which also has basal leaf rosettes like that) so something closely related I would suspect.

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Hairy bitter cress doesn’t have divided petals does it?   I’m forever pulling that out here, the seed pods pop and cover everywhere.
    Its something like what we used to call Mouse Ear. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

    The flowers are similar to sea mouse ear but the foliage is wrong.
