Dahlia Leaves Curling

It’s my first year growing Dahlias and I have potted the tubers and they are starting to sprout but I’m a bit worried about the leaves which appear to be curling. Is this normal and if not what’s the cause and how do I  address it?

They look a bit dry and the pots look small. But it looks healthy enough for now. Put it in a bigger pot

I’ve just potted on about 20 of my dahlias,  I start them off in very small pots, but mostly  just lay them on any old compost in seed trays,  yours will be fine,  just pot them on again when you see the roots at the bottom of the pots, the leaves are nothing to worry about.
