Pest question.

Hi all,
hope you are ok.

Could someone tell me what this is?
Something I should be worried about and maybe use a pesticide?
My lawn is in pretty bad shape and am trying to improve it.

    It's just a caterpillar. Many would not consider it a pest. 
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    A caterpillar that will turn into a moth or a butterfly ... a much needed pollinator for our fruit and vegetables. 🐛🦋 🍎 🍐 🍒
