Fruit cages

Can anyone recommend a good fruit cage stockist. I have a 5 metre x 3 metre area for growing fruit and veg. There are lots of companies out there but wondered if some were better than other. Thankyou

I bought several veg. cages from Harrod Horticulture and they have been fine over the last 4-5 years.
    I got the Storm-Proof ones.
Do bear in mind to get netting that allows bees to get in and out for pollination

First Tunnels also sell them and Gardening Naturally as well. Looking at 3m x 5m, on the face of it, the Gardening Naturally one is cheapest, though not by much, so you need to look at the details of how they are built and what you need on your site to see which would suit you best

I've bought various things from both companies and always found them reliable

Knowle Nets is another option. I will be assembling a 7.25m x 2.25m x 2m high one shortly and so far the components all seem good quality.

I have a Knowle nets one on my Allotment,  but it's a very windy site. I wish I had known about the Harrod storm proof one before.

The storm-proofing is achieved by using clips that detach in strong winds or if there's heavy snow on the top. The result being that the netting collapses on top of whatever is beneath it.
It does save the frame, but can damage the veg or whatever is under it.
They sell the clips as an accessory, and I would think they would probably work with most netting.
I did buy some more clips as westerly winds kept blowing the netting on top of my blueberries! a few extra clips solved the problem.

I did buy the the frame corner braces for extra strength and I think they are a must in most situations.
