Tulip petal disease or bug?

Hello everybody!
Happy Easter!
My tulips are almost opened. There petals have greenish spots and some black lines. It looks like something burned it.
I'm not sure if it could be a disease or maybe a bug(couldn't find bug).
Any help would be appreciated.😊
