Is this grass? If not what to do?

Hello everyone could someone help me?

Is this regular grass or some weed? I have this all over my lawn.

It could be rye grass, most seed mixes have some tougher grass seed in them and they can outgrow the finer grasses . Don't think it's couch grass though.
I'm sure a more knowledgeable poster will help and advise what to do

Is this grass? If not what to do?
