Fading fatsias

Hello! My fatsias are getting yellow, kind of faded.. any idea why? Too much water? Too little? Are they ill?

Hello. Looks like the Spider's Web variety, which has speckled/variegated leaves:

Looks fine to me!

Yeah just to confirm what has been said, that's the spiders web variety. They're apparently less tough than the usual ones but yours looks like it should.
