Pot up foxgloves?

Last Autumn I took seed from my GC bought foxgloves and sowed them. They were thinned out in January and currently look like this in their 9cm pots.

I checked their roots and while there are plenty, they're not pushing through the bottom or looking pot bound. Just wondering if they need some nourishment to keep growing as they are still a bit small to go in the ground, and if repotting is necessary as they haven't been given a feed or new soil since they were sown. Also curious as to whether they seemed like the right size for this time of year as they dont seem big compared to other GW posts I've seen recently.

They seem to be happy in their pots and if the roots aren't pushing through, I'd wait a bit longer before planting them out (unless you need the space in the cold frame).
