This is a real rookie question but I've never fleeced anything and as my first ever sowing of radish and lettuce and just showing through I have fleeced my raised bed.  My question is how often do you water seedlings at this stage.  I'm worried they will dry out if I don't as it's sunny and windy during the day, but if I do water will it cause problems during the coming cold snap.

I know everything says keep moist, but I wouldn't be inclined to water with very cold weather due

As long as the plants are fleeced, I can't see them being damaged but, if you're really worried, why not make some holes in the soil with a dibber, pointed stick or similar.  With either a garden spray set to a fine jet, or a narrow spout watering can, you could fill the holes with water so that it drains into the soil, but underneath your plants.  That way, there's no surface water to affect them, but they're still irrigated?

I've watered them early in the morning and they were ok last night.  Thats a good idea @nick615
