Unhappy Hebe

I've got a couple of Hebes that have just recently started looking very unhappy.  How worried about this should I be?  They have both gone like this in the past couple of weeks.  I haven't pruned them or touched them in months.  Have they got the Hebe Jeebies...?

    That is frost damage. Wait until the next cold spell is over and you can try and remove some of the brown stuff, but remember Hebes do not like hard pruning.
