Miniature lemon tree - leaves dead

My mini lemon tree is not happy. I think this is because I had it in a draughty spot. Many leaves are dead although some nearer the top are fine and there’s some new growth since the incident.
Do I just leave it to continue regenerating, bless it, or is there something I can do to assist it (like remove the dead leaves)?
Many thanks in advance.

How tall is it? Shouldn't have thought a draft would cause problems, it's a tree and you are in Somerset.tell me how long you have had it, where it's kept, your feeding and watering regime

It’s about 30cm. I bought it last spring. It was doing very well until now. It’s possible I haven’t been watering it enough. I just water it when the soil is dry but with homeschooling during the last lockdown I wasn’t paying as much attention as I should have. I’m also a bit paranoid about overwatering. I fed it a while back with a homemade feed solution (baking soda, ammonia, Epsom).

Proper citrus feed, they need a lot of water, don't like central heating, outs are in a green house, like Monty, appreciate you may not have one, scrape off top soil, give it s couple of of inches of new citrus compost.watering ours now out side soaking them in a bucket, can you access rain water?

Feed it now, I use this @zsedeny

And yes they don't like to be too wet, so to help with this take it out of that pot and put a dish under it. That way when you water you can see if it comes out of the bottom, even better put stones in the dish too.
It is young but most citrus don't like fluctuating temperatures so try to find somewhere with plenty of light, but no radiator.
Yes just remove the dead leaves, it will bounce back.😁

Basically, they're fussy things and will drop leaves just to annoy us, I think! :D
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

They drop leaves if you look at them @BobTheGardener 😆
It's ok @Nanny Beach I'm lucky to hit the right key with my hand shake!😆

Ok thanks all. I’ll be buying the suggested citrus feed. And the citrus compost. Or do I just need one of those only?
I’ve removed the leaves. Should I also cut back the now-barren little branches.

Yes I’ve got access to rainwater. No greenhouse though.
