Help, useless with roses!

Can anyone tell me what variety this rose is please?  Given as a gift so any help with care and maintenance much appreciated.

    It’s a rare Unicorn rose 🦄 

    Must be fed with fairy dust and if you want to keep the vibrant colours 🌈, only water with leprechaun tears!

    Use petals to make a warm drink, which will slow the aging process, great for melting away wrinkles etc.

    More real than you think @Loxley I was having a bit of a chat with my brother one day, he is not a gardener, and joking about the rainbow plants wondering who would buy them.

    Next thing I know he has ordered some, taken delivery and planted them  :D  When I suggested he might be disappointed he said I would be green with envy when they flowered.......
