Rhododendron trouble

Hi all, I am in need of your expertise again. Something is eating my rhododendron, any ideas what I could do?

How many leaves are affected? Personally with any plant that gets that kind of problem I just snip off all the effected leaves and hope that stops it spreading. I'm no expert on pests and diseases but if it's something living inside the leaves then removing the bad ones should hopefully solve it.
