Grass seedlings and frost
Hi all,
Hard to believe with a day like today at 22 degrees there is a few evening of -4/-5 being predicted.
I have some new grass seed down and it’s germinated and currently a few CM tall.
Do I need to protect it from this possible frost? Or as it’s so warm at the moment will the ground be warm enough to resist freezing enought to damage the grass? Think it’s only dropping that cold for a couple of hours each night.
really done want to see it die back.
