Healing Power

I had a bad day yesterday, I was up at 4am with a bad Crohns attack. The pain is unbelievable and you feel completely drained. So weather lovely, I went out into my garden for some TLC. It seemed to wrap me up in its arms and helped me to heal. The warmth of the sun has certainly brought the spring bulbs up. And actually seeing a couple of peacock butterflies fluttering around put a great big smile on my face, hearing the birds singing happily and having my little girl sitting by my side helped me no end. I hope that you are all enjoying your gardens in this lovely weather. Take care.

Beautiful photos @Jacqueline29  You have a lovely garden.  The sun has many healing properties as well as being a great disinfectant.  When it's sunny, I like to put the bed pillows out and air them.  I also put the chopping board out into the sun after I have cleaned it with salt and lemon.  I hope you are feeling better today after your Crohn's attack.
    Kindest wishes
