Lavender planting

    I had new beds dug in last year and filled with top soil that looks like wet you have. The first things I planted were lavender and they have been doing very well. I am sure yours will be very happy - though are I say I think yours are planted a little too close?

    Thanks for that @SophieK...and you're right, I always end up planting things too close, and always end up having to move them later...it's my eagerness and impatience to fill gaps quickly.

    Move them now and they won’t notice it’s happened. They’ll soon fill the space. 
    I’d plant them at least double that distance apart 😊 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
