Found this beautity but its asking for help...

Hello beautiful people, 
Ive rescued this gorgeous plant from the streets and she seems to not be doing to well..
Any recomendations or tips on gow i could give it a better care?

    I think that's a very small ZZ plant, Zamioculcas zamiifolia. The yellow leaf will gradually turn brown and die off, at which point you can remove it. It's a very forgiving plant - it will take a fairly shady spot (but will grow faster in a brighter spot, but not in direct sunlight) and it will forgive underwatering because it stores moisture in the fleshy stems. I recommend you repot it with fresh compost (ordinary multipurpose will do) using a pot with drainage holes. I can't see whether the existing pot has any holes, but in any case the compost is probably exhausted of nutrients.
