Are these good enough for half hardy annuals?

    @Dovefromabove  Thank you, that's very helpful indeed. I'll keep an eye out on night temps and will bring the seedlings pots and trays inside when required. I am guessing that anything below 5-7 degrees would warrant the move.

    I also wish I could have a green house, but I've nowhere to put it short of the middle of the lawn - and that will never be allowed by the rest of the family  :D

    Hi Sophie, I was too eager as well with my cosmos and used that suggested transplant method on mine at the beginning of March and they have survived. I also pinched them out. I’ll try and post you a picture.

    I sow mine in a north facing window, as well, but I turn them at least 3 times a day to stop them going leggy, I would have thought it would be too early to put them in a greenhouse of that sort.
