Hello I am after some advice please. My sister has bought black tulip bulbs for several years from a market in Amsterdam, to grow in her back garden - we are on Sussex clay. She doesn't recall which variety, but every time she has planted them, they always come up red - not blackish red - but true red. We are on clay soil…
