Pittosporum problem, are they diseased?

I bought pittosporum silver queen plants last month to create a small hedge. They looked ok on arrival but now most of them have these red/bown spots covering their leaves. Is this some sort of a disease? I wonder is anyone could help?

    Hello and welcome to the forum. As the plants are still young, it is almost certainly frost damage. Once you get them planted, fed and watered regularly, hopefully they will be fine and you can cut off the damaged leaves later.
